Difference between Stationary and Portable?
Stationary
A stationary oxygen concentrator is an oxygen concentrator that usually can only be used while plugged into a wall socket/ electricity outlet. These units have a continuous flow and is ideal for patients with a flow rate recommendation by their doctor for above 2L/min.

Portable
A portable Oxygen Concentrator can be used as a stationary unit as well as portable. It has a light weight design with a battery making it easier to carry around with you. It is very comfortable and allows you to leave the house with the ease of having oxygen for at least 4 – 8hours depending on usage. The portable concentrator has a pulse flow, meaning it only gives oxygen when you breath in and not continuous to preserve the battery life.
